Zist Arman Laser Creators Company (Lazar) was established in 2017 by “Mr. Albert Lazar”, a pragmatist and idea maker in the field of laser and bio photonics.
The vision of the company’s activity is the global development of biophotonics knowledge and the transformation of Iran into a global hub for the design and production of advanced medical dental, Physiotherapy, veterinary medicine and agriculture lasers.
In this company, several specialties including laser, electromagnetism, electronics, veterinary medicine, physiology and molecular cell biology, medicine, MBA and experienced experts in production and assembly, quality control, repair and service of advanced devices work closely together. The company currently has 15 members, all of whom are shareholders of the company. Laser Afarinan Zist Arman Company in 2018 succeeded in obtaining the degree of knowledge base from the Vice President for Science, for dental laser device. In the field of lasers, the company has succeeded in designing and manufacturing biophotonics-based infertility, dental and veterinary treatment devices. Also, for the first time in the world, an ophthalmic biophotonics device and intraocular nano-surgery for the treatment of incurable diseases of the retina and eye have been made by this company, and on a large number of patients under the supervision of specialized physicians with amazing results.

The establishment of Lazar Company is based on the presentation of scientific hypotheses, experiments, research and development in the field of biological lasers and the topic of biophotonics and post-biophotonics. Therefore, providing operational solution to many problems in the medical, veterinary, food production and environment, by traveling over the frontiers of knowledge and combining biological perception with electromagnetic radiation, especially lasers, at the national and International level is one of its missions.
Presenting a new and revolutionary approach in the field of radiation behavior in biological environments by the founder of the company, Mr. Albert Lazar, which is the basis of new knowledge of biophotonics with a systematic approach to biology and post-biophotonics, has attracted the attention of many owners of wisdom and awareness to this company. Hence the company, with a network of professors, students and researchers interested in the country and abroad, cooperate in the field of medicine and treatment of incurable diseases in humans, livestock and poultry in increasing the efficiency of converting food into meat and producing vaccines. This has paved the way for the proposal to establish a Medical Engineering and Biophotonics Research Center, which we hope to see in the near future.
The company has conducted extensive research on various animal species such as dogs, rabbits, horses, sheep and poultry in the fields of growth, physical injuries of the eyes, brain and nerves as well as infertility and infectious diseases which has reached the application stage in design and manufacture of Biophotonics-based devices.

Laser Afarinan Zist Arman Company has the ability to design and manufacture the most innovative laser devices in the fields of medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine and agriculture, based on its technological ideas or receive a manufacturing order. The company also supports technological and innovative ideas and designs. Students for the implementation of theirs thesis, and idea owners to make their dreams come true or to build them, can use the company’s workshop facilities. The company will support the marketing and sales of products based on these ideas. The company is also able to offer specialized laser training courses to engineers, medical engineers, doctors, dentists, veterinarians and geneticists and farmers and those interested in lasers, medical equipment, and biophotonics in the field of disease treatment and improving production conditions in agriculture.
Production of unique laser devices in the world in the field of low power lasers such as physiotherapy, dermatology and beauty devices, dentistry and biophotonics devices for therapeutic purposes in humans, livestock and poultry, aquaculture and agriculture are in the company’s work plan.
